The experts have to taste over and over and over again to be able to guess blind wines correctly. We brought on wines that are the antisepsis of it's grape. Below, if you would like to use them, are tools that will help you id some of the scents you can smell in a wine. Sommeliers use the color, nose and palate to be able to guess wines. They use these clues to guess wines that it COULDN'T be. We train ourselves to play a game of elimination to guess what we think is the right wine. If you won't to guess like the pros you will need to guess the grape, the region and if it's vintage is 1-3 years, 3 -5 years or 5+ years. So here we go! Let's see what you got!
